For heating my downstairs area is it cheaper to run a pellet stove or 2 small electric 10 watt heaters?

Casey’s mom asked:

I live in Massachusetts & my home has electric heat with thermostats in each room. Very expensive to use so I don’t turn them on. I just don’t know if I’ll use less electricity by running the pellet stove or the electric room heaters. One 40 lb bag of pellets costs $6 & lasts approx 24 hours. Since it is plugged in, the stove uses some electricity but I don’t have a clue how much. If anyone out there is knowledgeable in this subject, I’d really appreciate your assistance.
